I think environmental sensing will eventually become standard in wearables.
Eventually this could integrate with smart cities. Imagine wearables contributing to a massive environmental data network.
I feel like most people would check this data for a week and then forget about it.
This could also be helpful for people with asthma.
I can see this being useful for runners or hikers.
I wonder how accurate these tiny sensors can actually be.
Battery life might become a big issue though. Running environmental sensors all day could drain a smartwatch pretty fast.
I’m curious about the noise monitoring feature. Could a wearable actually warn you about hearing damage?
The UV sensor idea actually sounds underrated. Most people don’t realize how much sun exposure they get during the day.
I think air quality sensors would actually be pretty useful. If my watch could warn me when PM2.5 levels spike, that would be great for people living …
Makes sense. What about respiratory rate though? I didn’t even realize most wearables don’t have a dedicated breathing sensor. So it’s basically estim…
Hey, interesting post. I’ve always wondered — how accurate are wrist-based heart rate sensors during intense workouts? Like sprint intervals or heavy …
Cool until courts subpoena your sensory logs.Imagine your magnetic perception used as evidence.
Thank you, David Mun..
The codename “Project Moohan,” derived from the word “infinity,” is also cool. I wonder if the content ecosystem will grow infinitely, just like its n…
At $1,799, it’s quite expensive… Is this aimed squarely at Apple’s Vision Pro?
Oh, so do we have to create separate apps? Existing Android apps won’t just run on it, right?
Wow, Samsung finally released an XR headset! But I’ve never heard of “Android XR.” Is it just Android-based, or a completely new operating system?
It depends on the function, but it’s a little more expensive than regular underwear. But I think it’s worth investing in considering the posture correc…
I use a smart bra, and it helps a lot with posture correction.I usually have a bad posture, but the built-in sensor in the bra detects the posture and…
