When designing, considerations and checklists (based on wearability) are as follows.

1. Evaluation criteria for fit

– When choosing a wearable, what factors (weight, size, material, etc.) affect the fit the most?
– Which design is better for certain exercises or activities (e.g. swimming, running)?

2. Material and skin friendliness
– What material should I choose to prevent the material of the wearable from irritating my skin?
– What skin-friendly materials can minimize sweat or allergic reactions?

3. Adjustable Design
– What is the adjustable effect of the wearable band or strap on the fit?
– How do I check the adjustable design to fit different body sizes and shapes?

4. Weight and portability
– If weight is an important factor when wearing it for a long time, how many grams or less of a wearable is appropriate?
– Can the weight’s perceived fatigue vary depending on the wearing position (wrist, ankle, chest, etc)?

5. a long-term use environment
– For wearables worn all day or during sleep, what design features ensure comfort?
– During outdoor activities, what should I look at to see if the fit is maintained in hot weather or cold environments?

6. Device Size and Profile
– What can happen if the wearable device is too thick or too big?
– Why is a slim design more advantageous when used for sports and everyday use?

These supplemented questions allow you to derive specific selection criteria that take into account your activity environment, physical conditions, and personal preferences, beyond simply finding a “non-inconvenient design.”
