Wow, this list of wearables is truly vast! But are they all actually for health management, or are some just for fashion?

That’s a good question! Most are primarily for health or lifestyle management, but there are also many that take fashion into consideration. For example, the Fitbit Luxe and Garmin Lily are beautifully designed, so they can be worn as everyday accessories, even with a car. The Oura Ring is so slim that it can be worn almost like jewelry.

Oh, so are the features like stress management and sleep actually useful? They’re not just promotional items, are they?

Yes, they’re really useful these days. There are products like the Whoop 4.0 and Polar Ignite 3 that provide specialized sleep and recovery data, and the Oura Ring even measures HRV and body temperature to indicate recovery status. Of course, accuracy varies depending on the device, but they’re useful enough for daily monitoring.

Aha, so there are some on the higher end, and some are more affordable and lightweight. Something like Xiaomi or Cube wouldn’t be a burden, right?

That’s right. Things like the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 or Cube Tracker are relatively affordable and focus on basic health and activity tracking and convenient features. High-end models like Tag Heuer or Montblanc can cost several million won, so choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences.
